Brands spend tons of money trying to get their customers to engage with them online. Even if they\u2019re reaching out with a problem or complaint, this is a milestone for your customer relationship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The customer should leave your contact page with your brand image reinforced. This relies heavily on brand voice. Yours should come through immediately on your contact page. (Check out <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hubspot.com\/company\/contact\">ours<\/a> for a great example!)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Offering multiple contact methods.<\/strong> I\u2019m always appreciative when companies offer multiple contact methods, as some customers prefer to submit an inquiry through an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hubspot.com\/products\/marketing\/forms\">email form<\/a> while other customers will want to live chat or pick up the phone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It\u2019s also important to differentiate which contact method is best for specific departments. For example, you don\u2019t want customers trying to go to social media to get technical support when they should be contacting your support team to create a ticket. (Bonus: The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nngroup.com\/articles\/contact-us-pages\/\">Nielsen Norman Group<\/a> has some great guidelines for this.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Providing self-service resources. <\/strong>Have you invested in customer self-service resources, like an AI chatbot, <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hubspot.com\/service\/knowledge-base-benefits?hubs_content%3Dblog.hubspot.com\/service\/close-ended-questions%26hubs_content-cta%3Dcl-textLink\">knowledge base<\/a>, or blog? If so, including these self-service options on your contact page creates a seamless user experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The key to leveraging this correctly is positioning these assets as convenient resources to find immediate answers <em>alongside <\/em>your contact details. Brands that bury their phone number or make it difficult for customers to actually get in touch will create a negative user experience.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s zoom in on one specific piece of the self-service conversation that I\u2019m a huge fan of: AI chatbots.<\/p>\n<p><a><\/a> <\/p>\n<h2><strong>AI Chatbots vs. Contact Pages<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Well-trained AI chatbots can handle many basic customer inquiries that were previously handled by your customer service team, like information on returns, shipping updates, etc.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hubspot.com\/marketing\/state-of-ai-report\">According to our State of AI report,<\/a> 79% percent of customer service pros who are using AI say that it&#8217;s effective.<\/p>\n<p>Can an AI chatbot <em>replace <\/em>your contact page?<\/p>\n<p>No \u2014 never. AI isn&#8217;t able to solve every problem, nor is every customer comfortable with using it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where it goes wrong<\/strong>: AI chatbots should never be used as a total replacement for human-to-human contact. At the end of the day, you\u2019re going to have customers who want or need to talk to a human. If they can\u2019t easily figure out how to reach someone, they\u2019ll get frustrated and lose trust in your company.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve seen this happen to companies that hide their contact information and force customers to jump through too many hoops within a chatbot experience before talking to a support rep.<\/p>\n<p>For a better user experience, I suggest including a flow in your bot that quickly offers up the option to talk to a human when a customer can\u2019t resolve their issue the first time within the bot experience.<\/p>\n<p>Now that we&#8217;ve gone over a few components that make a great contact page, let\u2019s review examples of some of the most effective Contact Us pages on the internet.<\/p>\n<p><a><\/a> <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Best Contact Us Pages<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>1. <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hubspot.com\/company\/contact\">HubSpot<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;width: 650px;height: auto;max-width: 100%\" title=\"\" alt=\"contact us page examples, hubspot get in touch page\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/coclea.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/best-contact-us-pages-1-20250716-6258503.webp\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;font-size: 12px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hubspot.com\/company\/contact\"><em>Source<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p>HubSpot&#8217;s Contact Us page is a great example of how a contact page can go beyond just a static webpage and actually become a <a href=\"https:\/\/hubspot.com\/products\/service?hubs_content%253Dblog.hubspot.com\/service\/best-contact-us-pages%2526hubs_content-cta%253Dcustomer%252520service%252520tool%2526hubs_post%253Dblog.hubspot.com\/service\/best-contact-us-pages%2526hubs_post-cta%253Dcustomer%252520service%252520tool\">customer service tool<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The top of the page includes two prominent CTAs where visitors can connect with either Sales or Support. HubSpot recognizes that its visitors are likely either interested in purchasing a product or need help troubleshooting their existing product. By placing those buttons at the top of the page, HubSpot provides <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hubspot.com\/service\/proactive-customer-service?hubs_content%253Dblog.hubspot.com\/service\/best-contact-us-pages%2526hubs_content-cta%253Dproactive%252520customer%252520service\">proactive customer service<\/a> to its visitors.<\/p>\n<p>HubSpot also offers visitors the option of immediate support by accessing a live chatbot in the bottom right corner of the page. This is perfect for those who want to handle simple inquiries without having to wait for live agent intervention \u2014 it saves time for both visitors and agents. You can also implement this feature with <a href=\"https:\/\/hubspot.com\/products\/crm\/live-chat?hubs_post-cta%253DEN-blog-pm%2526hubs_content%253Dblog.hubspot.com\/service\/best-contact-us-pages%2526hubs_content-cta%253Dlive%252520chat%252520software%2526hubs_post%253Dblog.hubspot.com\/service\/best-contact-us-pages\">live chat software<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why I think this Contact Us page stands out: <\/strong>A notable feature is how the Contact Us page is embedded into the HubSpot portal. I like how this complements the user experience by not only enhancing accessibility for existing customers, but also eliminating the need for customers to exit their workflow to find contact information.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chewy.com\/app\/content\/contact\">Chewy<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;width: 650px;height: auto;max-width: 100%\" title=\"\" alt=\"contact us page examples, chewy how can we help page\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/coclea.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/best-contact-us-pages-2-20250716-239405.webp\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;font-size: 12px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chewy.com\/app\/content\/contact\"><em>Source<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Chewy, a company famous for stellar customer service, invokes positive feelings right when you land on their contact page by featuring (of course) a cuddly pet on their header image. But their page is just as efficient as it is feel-good, as it highlights their phone number and link to live chat right at the top of the page.<\/p>\n<p>The bottom of the contact page also provides a variety of email addresses for specific inquiries, as well as a banner promoting that their experts are available \u201c24\/7,\u201d with interactive buttons to call or chat with their team.<\/p>\n<p>Chewy\u2019s contact page also gives pet owners an immediate dose of happiness when they land on it by using feel-good images, and they use inviting language such as \u201cHow can we help?\u201d This makes reaching out for help feel a little less daunting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why I think this Contact Us page stands out: <\/strong>I find it incredibly customer-centric of Chewy to spotlight their phone number and live chat button at the top of the page. Most companies (understandably) want their customers to try and self-serve before reaching out to the support team, but Chewy doesn\u2019t make its customers jump through any extra hoops to find their contact information. Kudos to Chewy!<\/p>\n<h3>3. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ulta.com\/guestservices\/all\">Ulta Beauty<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;width: 650px;height: auto;max-width: 100%\" title=\"\" alt=\"contact us page examples, ulta need more help page\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/coclea.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/best-contact-us-pages-3-20250716-5103404.webp\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;font-size: 12px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ulta.com\/guestservices\/all\"><em>Source<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As a direct-to-consumer company, I imagine Ulta sees an influx of customers reaching out to them about various issues. I\u2019m sure this is why their Guest Services page offers up self-service resources first, including sorting them into categories. If the self-service resources don\u2019t suit your needs, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and find options to contact the company in a variety of ways.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why I think this Contact Us page stands out: <\/strong>I give them an A+ for including a variety of contact options. I\u2019ve personally used their text function before and found it to be convenient for me (no more sitting at my computer waiting for an agent to respond to a chat!). I\u2019ve also found their chatbot to be pretty robust as well, as I\u2019ve used it to troubleshoot order and coupon issues.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quince.com\/contact-us?srsltid%3DAfmBOoqCh7j-Iy5jHnvNfpHhbdJuxj51R5xB8txYAy2rsDgwZwoqnvpp\">Quince<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;width: 650px;height: auto;max-width: 100%\" title=\"\" alt=\"contact us page examples, quince contact page\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/coclea.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/best-contact-us-pages-4-20250716-1677991.webp\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;font-size: 12px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quince.com\/contact-us\"><em>Source<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Quince\u2019s Contact Us page header does a nice job of surfacing what we can assume are the three most common needs that their customers have. Quince also offers more topics later on the page, as well as a search bar to make it easy to find what you\u2019re looking for.<\/p>\n<p>If you were to scroll down to the bottom of the page, you\u2019d see a \u201cStill Need Help?\u201d section with Quince\u2019s phone number (where you can text or request a callback), as well as the option to live chat with someone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why I think this Contact Us page stands out: <\/strong>I like that they make tracking, returns, or editing\/canceling an order easy to find when you land on the page. I also like that they list out multiple FAQ links so you can easily self-service. Finally, I give them a gold star for offering a texting option (millennials and Gen Z rejoice \u2014 no talking on the phone required!). This is a great example of meeting your customer where they\u2019re at.<\/p>\n<h3>5. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellofresh.com\/contact-us\">HelloFresh<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;width: 650px;height: auto;max-width: 100%\" title=\"\" alt=\"contact us page examples, hello fresh contact page\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/coclea.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/best-contact-us-pages-5-20250716-7744756.webp\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;font-size: 12px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellofresh.com\/contact-us\"><em>Source<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p>HelloFresh\u2019s contact page lives at the bottom of their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellofresh.com\/about\/faq\">Help Center &amp; FAQ page<\/a>, but that does make it a little difficult to find.<\/p>\n<p>On the Help Center &amp; FAQ page, they offer up a variety of self-serve action buttons you can initiate on your own, such as changing your delivery date or updating your payment method.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re unable to self-service, you can scroll to the bottom of the page, click contact us, and you\u2019re taken to a super simple new page (pictured above) where you can start a chat or call the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why I think this Contact Us page stands out:<\/strong> In the event that you can\u2019t self-serve, I like that they don\u2019t make you hunt for their phone number.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>6. <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.onepeloton.com\/s\/contact-us?language%3Den_US\">Peloton<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;width: 650px;height: auto;max-width: 100%\" title=\"\" alt=\"contact us page examples, peloton get assistance page\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/coclea.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/best-contact-us-pages-6-20250716-4871796.webp\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;font-size: 12px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.onepeloton.com\/s\/contact-us?language=en_US\"><em>Source<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Peloton\u2019s contact page caters to a variety of different website visitors. The top of the page offers visitors the chance to get assistance via chat either for support or sales.<\/p>\n<p>They\u2019ve included corporate contact email addresses for things like press, social media, and partnerships, as well as listing the physical addresses of their offices and studios.<\/p>\n<p>Further down the page, they include their phone number and a link to live chat for customers to get in contact if they still need assistance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why I think this Contact Us page stands out: <\/strong>I like that Peloton has covered all the bases with their contact page \u2014 corporate contacts, sales and support contacts, physical location information, and then their phone number as well.
